REBUILD PROCESS

  •  Remove cylinder(s) and rebuild (hone, polish, & re-seal) or replace
  • Load test motor and pump, replace or rebuild as necessary
  • Inspect frame and structural components and make all necessary repairs
  • Sandblast frame and structural components where necessary
  • Inspect entire electrical system and replace all worn and malfunctioning components
  • Rebuild compactor ram
  • Install new guide bars and wiper blade
  • Install new access covers
  • Install new hydraulic hoses
  • Change oil and filters
  • Power wash and clean
  • Apply industrial grade paint (stock color of choice)
  • Install new ANSI and OSHA safety decals
  • Final quality control inspection and testing
